Flamingo Crossing Orlando is a new off-property development that is located to the west of the Walt Disney World Resort. This project is on 120 acres of land. It will consist of three phases. The first is the East Parcel, which will have 1,323 units. It will also include a 20,000 foot AdventHelath emergency department facility. A second phase will include eight more stores and shops.

In addition to the Target, the other retailers in the shopping center will include a UPS Store, Homewood Suites, PDQ, Dunkin’ Donuts, and a few other retail stores. There will also be a full-service restaurant, Ben & Jerry’s.

You can book a room at one of the hotels in Flamingo Crossings by visiting the Disney Reservation Center. There are a number of different hotel choices, from affordable accommodations to luxurious ones. Most of the hotels in Flamingo Crossings are less than two years old.
